A 7.8 magnitude earthquake and the aftershocks and tremors that followed have killed over 47,000 people, and that number continues to grow.
Prior to the earthquake, Turkey provided temporary protection to 3.6 million Syrian refugees, many of them in the regions affected worst by this disaster.
This piece is for sale on my website, with all proceeds going to earthquake relief efforts in southern Turkey.
