Rachel Corrie was a 23 year old American human rights activist that was killed by the Israeli military in 2003. She was peacefully protesting the illegal destruction of Palestinian homes in the Gaza Strip with other human rights observers from the International Solidarity Movement when an armored bulldozer intentionally ran her over, crushing her to death.
This didn’t start in October. Gazans, and even Americans like Rachel have been dying at the hands of the occupation for decades.
